​I have 38+ years of working experience in the Corporate world of Mining, Oil & Gas, Local Government and the Private sector, in the Administration, Procurement & Purchasing areas.  I have also been lucky enough to have the opportunity to travel overseas for work and learn about different cultures and see some beautiful scenery.  ​All this wealth of knowledge and experience that I have gained in my working career, I have incorporated into the 'Sunflower Factory' as a Virtual Assistant in 2018, so I can help and assist businesses owners to reach their goals and for them to spend more time focusing on their Business Growth, Clients & Customers.​

Q:  What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

A Virtual Assistance (VA), is a freelance, home-based administrative assistant / online business contractor, who can help you with your business work from their own home or at a shared office workspace. A VA has also become more mainstream, in recent years, due to the use of video conferencing calls, like Skype, What's App, Messenger etc. This allows both the VA and Business Owner to have face to face contact when required for meetings. We also use Dropbox to share documents & files, which is more efficient than sending them via email.

Q:  Why outsource to a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

When you outsource to a VA you are giving yourself more time to concentrate directly on your business.  Time for your Clients and Customers and business growth and less time working on the computer!

Q:  Confidentiality is important for my work?

VA's take the confidentiality of their client work seriously and most VA's will have a Confidentiality Clause in their Service Agreement.  This protects both 'You' the Client and also the VA as the "Service Provider".

Q:  Virtual Assistants are expensive?

A VA is 'not' expensive and we save you money, compared to employing more staff / employees. You don't have to provide office space, equipment, stationery and all other costs associated with a full time or part-time person.
